Shipping:

We ship all loaders with FedEx freight.  We get a substantial discount and the service is impeccable. We ship it directly to the terminal nearest to you.  Please call us at 715-848-4807 for a freight quote and the nearest terminal location.  All loaders are shipped “Freight Collect” so you do not need to worry about paying for the freight until you receive/pick-up the loader.  We can ship directly to your residence or business, but there is an up-charge of $65.00 for lift gate service and $55.00 for residential delivery. If you choose, you can pick-up your loader directly from us to avoid freight charges.  We can load it for you on your truck or trailer.

Sale Prices:

  • All sale prices are final. All purchases must be paid for within 3 business days. Any purchases at sale price and not paid for within 3 days, will return to regular website price.  This includes E-bay items.

Returns: 

  •  Parts that are returned as defective will be replaced at no charge, However, if we find no defect with the returned part, we will charge retail price or return the original.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  If returning an oil tank because of a leak, please be 100% sure the leak is not caused by a loose hose connection.  There is a $300.00 charge if no leak is found.  If in any case there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the part, no questions asked. However, parts must be shipped back to CTC.  If components have been altered in any way by the customer we will not cover the repair or replacement.  The cost to replace or repair the altered part is the customers responsibility.

  • We do have a 35% restocking fee on all Loaders. We guarantee all loaders to fit before leaving our facility. Make sure there has never been an alteration of your JD machine that may affect loader fitment.

  • Attention! -If you think you have a defective part and wish to return it for exchange...YOU are responsible for shipping back to our facility. IF we determine there is an actual issue, we will then reimburse your shipping cost.
